My approach is based on a simple premise: we must act with courage, care, and curiosity. This means embracing openness, hard work, and science. It also means responding to ambiguity with a commitment to finding and deploying solutions at scale, not with fear.

Like people, our planet can only withstand so much stress before vital parts collapse. Human activities are pushing the planetary system beyond the limits that define the safe and just operating space for all of us. This unfolding crisis affects people, geographies, species, and generations unequally. 

As we overstep the boundaries, more and more parts of the world become difficult or impossible to live in. This calls for a collective response driven by strong organizations, which is why my work centers on developing capable and resilient organizations that are prepared to tackle the challenges we face.
